The “Pune Clean Air Collaborative – Poorna Pune,” an initiative of Pune Growth Hub and part of the national effort by NITI Aayog, was organized at Pune International Centre with participation from 40 stakeholders, including government and non-government representatives, community groups, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, and Tata Motors.
Dr. Rajiv Khurana highlighted the health impacts of air pollution and shared practical solutions through the “7 Ns” concept. Ms. Chinmayee Kator discussed the health costs of pollution, while Dr. Sundeep Salvi emphasized hydration, nutrition, and exercise to reduce pollution-related health risks. Dr. Virendra Sethi presented research on pollution sources in Mumbai. The event promoted collaborative efforts towards cleaner and healthier cities.
